An internship is the surest way to improve your employability quotient and enter the job market with grace and ease. And Letsintern as a platform is here to help you find that internship through either the city of your choice or the industry of your choice. However, there is also a third kind of filter that you can use and that is, internship by skill-set.
Complete your profile
Skill sets, and “complete your profile”. You might think I am going off the topic. However, that is not the case. If you already have an account on Letsintern then you should complete your profile to make full use of the portal.
When you move to the edit your profile section, you will see that there is one section there asking you to specify your skill-sets. You can add around ten skill-sets and set the filter to get internship openings based on those.
Easier to browse through
Recruiters often specify the skill-set they require for a particular opening. If it is a job related to content marketing, then the skill specified and required will be that of marketing. If it is an opening for social media interns then the required skills set might that of “spoken English” and comprehensive skills.
Specifying your skill set and building your profile according to that will mean that every time you open the Letsintern portal, the first internships that you will see will be filtered to your requirements.
What if you don’t have an account
Of course, it is advisable that you should have a Letsintern account. However, if you don’t have one and still want to see skill specific internships and apply for top internships, then you can go to the Letsintern home page, scroll down and in the bottom right corner of the page you will find a section market Best Internships for Your Skill.
From there you can tick mark your skill-set and voila, you are good to go.
