Internship Details

We are building the hottest new start-up in food tech!

As we expand our scope into newer areas of operations, you will be required to interact with customers (end users of the app and website, as well as merchants) to:

1. Understand various issues faced by customers and listen to feedback

2. Resolve issues promptly as per protocol, OR Escalate issues to the correct company representative

3. Record customer feedback and issues

This is a full-time internship, and you will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours a week - start/end timings will be flexible.
