Internship Details

About Internship:

We are looking for a HR candidate who has great communicational skills, can be a good leader and who has the willingness to continuously learn and perform exceptionally. The Human Resources Intern will assist the Human Resources Manager with various projects related to HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding/ orientation, employee benefits, and volunteer intern programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the end to end recruitment and sourcing (individual sourcing)

2. Maintain employee digital records

3. Learn and develop, organize training sessions on behavioral skills, skill development as per organizational needs

4. Create a productive environment to deliver increased business results and competitive advantage for the company

5. Assist in complete employee life cycle management (from hiring to exits)

6. Perform employee induction, orientation and on-boarding

7. Develop, deploy and execute the HR systems, policies, and processes

8. Employee grievance handling and administration

9. Work with the agency on payroll administration and statutory compliance management and resolve payroll queries
