Internship Details

About Internship:

We are seeking an MBA(HR), Freshers/Graduates, to join our Talent Acquisition team who work and collaborate with the Seniors to bring in the best results.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of Job Description based on mandates/specifications given by the Delivery Manager
2. Sourcing matching profiles using various unconventional techniques using Job Boards, Job Postings, Social Media,
Head Hunting, References, Professional Network etc.,
3. Screening and validating candidates to ensure the best quality through robust interviewing techniques
4. Documentation of the interviews for the ease of decision making
5. Communicate with the Candidates and Hiring Manager for the interview schedules and feedbacks
6. Follow up with the selected candidates and ensuring their joining
7. Maintaining systematic and comprehensive reports on daily, weekly, monthly tasks
8. Maintain the candidate's database
