Roles and Responsibilities:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling end-to-end recruitment process for junior, middle, and senior management level
2. Studying the job description thoroughly and understanding it properly
3. Performing the initial screening of the candidate and validating them for the next level
4. Searching various job portals, professional sites (LinkedIn, etc.) and sourcing the resumes through the database
5. Posting job requirements on different job portals
