Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Recruiting and hiring process, including: posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone and in person interviews, making job offers and negotiating starting salaries. 2. Joining formalities of the new joinees 3. Taking the Induction program 4. Preparing and sending the weekly Attendance Report 5. Taking care of basic Admin work and HR responsibilities 6. Assisting in the making of Payroll
