About Internship:
Skill Requirements
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Good verbal and written communications skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand the training needs and identify suitable trainer for the training, Sourcing trainer profiles if required.
Provide counseling to the candidates
Coordinate between trainer and customer to set the expectations and schedule the training program
Coordinate with internal IT team/customer to setup the lab for training program
End to End Coordination and Delivery of Training including Pre and Post Training activities
Measure the effectiveness of the training program and plan improvement methods if required
Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Source office supplies
Produce reports, presentations and briefs1.
