About Internship:

Required Internship candidates to work as Microsoft Helpdesk Technical Support, you must have basic knowledge in PC or Server or relevant subjects in UG academics.

Minimum Internship Period is 1 Year and above.

Pre Internship appointment offer is also available for candidates looking for long term retention.

Looking for candidates with Work and Learn Attitude.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Call and Email support for PC, Networks, Routers, Servers, & Cloud Infrastructure
2. Daily Documentation, Timesheet and CRM Entries to be done.
3. Weekend and Monthend Specific Activities.
