Internship Details

Creative Campaigns Intern Onground resource is responsible for executing the Outreach strategy in a manner that increases registered artist base and participation in various campaigns on Talenthouse from young and budding talent from various creative institutions and professionals. Onground Community Building – 70 percent Time Responsible to Identify and database various budding artists through artist schools, institutions,colleges in your region. Responsible to regularly meet deans or principals of these creative institutes to network and to successfully run college affiliation program to engage with institutions full time by providing students with practical opportunities to showcase their talent. Require to make presentations to students in various creative institutions to educate them about various creative invites, submission process and to resolve queries relating to campaign submissions. Require to create awareness about various campaigns live with Talenthouse. Make students interested in campaigns and make them participate in various campaigns. Encourage the deans to make as many as possible students participate in various campaigns. Online Traffic / Community Building – 10 percent Time Responsible to support Social Media Manager in implementing and executing various social me- dia strategies. Artist Outreach – 20 percent Time Calling budding artists in genres of film, art, fashion, music and photography. Database provided by the Manager. Call artists/ students/ deans to followup on their submissions. Call artist to support in uploading their work on website or any other support needed. Call artists to resolve any questions/queries/issues or grievances about a campaign. Reporting's Report on daily calls made to artists and report on interested etc. Update artist tracking sheets. Report on various college visits and participations thereof. Any other reports as required by management from time to time. Job Specification Should atleast be a graduate. Passion for Artists. Candidates passionate in geners like Film, Art, Fashion, Music and Photography will be preferred. Strong desire and ability to learn, this we believe is the most important quality. Freshers are welcome.
