Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Interact with our potential customers and perform smart telecalling/digital marketing activities, etc. for generating real estate leads
2. Ensure prompt responsiveness on sales inquiries to maximize sales conversions, contribute and participate in the formulation and implementation of the marketing & sales strategies for the project/properties
3. Consistently evaluate market trends and competitors' move to protect existing sales and maximize future sales opportunities
4. Identify and develop relations with existing & new key customers (e.g. corporates, HNI clients)
5. Track competitor movements in the location and strategies for their properties and communicate market intelligence

Perks:

1. Upto 25000 based on your Performance and client retention
2. Upto 20000 based on Sales conversion and closures
