Internship Details

About Internship:

As a Marketing Executive, you will be representing BYJU'S in front of a potential customer/client in every marketing campaign organized by the company. It will involve functions like Primary Research, Secondary Research, Client Servicing, Customer Relationship Management, Event Management, etc. As a revenue-based organization, Marketing is one of the most integral departments of the organization, hence one can expect speedy growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Actively engage customers through systemic BTL activations
2. Required to take ownership for maintaining a smooth offline presence in various BTL campaigns
3. Maintaining excellent relationships with all the clients/customers & team members
4. Responsible for identifying opportunities, keeping in mind their effectiveness and cross-selling implications while adhering to brand guidelines
5. Responsible for amassing footfall & generating leads
6. Handling queries of parents and students proactively
7. Auditing and quality monitoring of the leads generated to measure effectiveness, and recommendation of improvements as needed.
8. Calling and emailing to prospect customers or partners.
9. Ensuring proper conduction of multiple BTL campaigns with proper planning and forecasting based on the location
10. Reporting the progress to the higher officials on a daily basis.
