Internship Details

BigBasket Instant: A pilot of IOT connected, Smart vending machines which will be installed in apartments and offices. A separate app called BB Instant will be used to communicate with the machine and to carry out transactions.

 

· Expected Role:

Interns will be present at each installation site(5 sites in total). The daily work will include customer interaction, distribution of marketing collateral such as pamphlets and helping out customers with first-time installation of the app and any issues that come up during a transaction.

 

· Learning:

Customer interaction, field marketing, solving problems are some of the learning points which individuals can take away.
