As an Intern – Merchant Onboarding & Engagement in Zomato Red, you will be responsible for all post sign-up activities with merchants
Here's what you'll do day-to-day:
You will be responsible for driving one of the key success factors for our Zomato Red product – Merchant Readiness
This position requires you to prepare and train merchant staff with the knowledge and infrastructure they need to welcome Zomato Red users
Effective communication across departments to help maintain seamless operations on a day-to-day basis
Here's what we're looking for:
People with 0-1 years of experience
Excellent communication, comprehension, and analytical skills
Calm and empathetic temperament for providing exceptional customer experience
Willingness to get one's hands dirty – the role may require visits and training sessions at merchant locations
Ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality and common-sense
A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multi-task
Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
