We are seeking a Growth Hacker ( Pre-sales + Marketing ) who will help us manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities. You will directly work & collaborate with senior members to track and measure performance, and provide direct results for all the marketing and pre - sales activities

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management
- Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities
- Maintain well organised, up-to-date and accurate sales information

2. Communication
- Provide engaging and articulate information about Klimb value proposition to potential customers
- Demonstrates ability to interact professionally with potential customers via phone, email, telephone conferencing, webinars and face to face, to discover their business needs and develop a positive business relationship

3. Product Knowledge
- Develop a strong knowledge of Klimb products in order to facilitate the sales process
- Understand how the benefit of products and services can meet customer’s needs in various business verticals

Candidate Requirements:


- Excellent written & oral communication skills

- Proficient in the use of social media tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, SEO optimisation

- Prior experience in prospecting and lead generation is a plus
