About Internship:

Designed to foster tomorrow’s leaders, Pollinate Group’s Fellowship programs bring together young people from all backgrounds who have a passion for improving lives through social business models and environmentally sustainable solutions. The program is a deep dive into social entrepreneurship and welcomes people of all ages - university students, recent graduates, and professionals. We look for candidates who are passionate about entrepreneurship, international development and sustainability and want to learn more about working a real social enterprise. During your time on this fellowship program, you will create a lasting impact – both for yourself and for the communities that we serve.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working in teams to test new products, collecting feedback from customers within slums, working with women to build confidence and sales skills, and supporting broader organisational operations.
2. Communicating in Telugu and English with our organisation's staff, slum community members, and international fellows.

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 25th Nov'19 and 17th Dec'19
3. are available for duration of 3 weeks
4. have relevant skills and interests
