Klimb has redefined traditional applicant tracking system with advance automations for Outbound Recruiting, Candidate Engagement, Talant Redisovery, Automated Audio & View Interviews, Conversational AI Chatbot, etc.

- Job Responsibilities: -
- Full stack software development including database, backend, frontend javascript, html & css
- Follow software development process & best practices
- Write reusable & maintainable code
- Work closely with rest of the tech team

About the Internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 

1.Tap multiple channels for high quality candidates

2.Source, Screen, Shortlist, Schedule candidates for Interviews

3.Maintain TAT (turn-around-time) and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for positions assigned
