Internship Details

Role: The role requires you to handle the operations and support for all technical products and services of DigiCollect. He/she should be having strong communication, interpersonal skills with good analytical skills and good knowledge of computers. The person should be willing to work in different time zones. Exposure to different CRM and helpdesk software will be an advantage. The role also requires you to do interact with the client through tele calling, video conferencing, emailing, giving technical demos and providing support for client related technical issues of the product or service. 

 Personal Skills: 1. Highly passionate individual with good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to listen and communicate effectively (both oral and written). 2. Ability to analyse problem/requirements and be able to provide solutions. 3. Quick learner who is able to do the work with minimal guidance. 



Educational Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc./MBA (with tech background) with strong communication, interpersonal skills and good knowledge of computers.  


Internship Duration: 3 Months (Full-time position at DigiCollect may be offered based on your Internship performance) 


Internship Stipend: Rs 10k – Rs 15k p.m (Based on performance)
