Internship Details

The selected intern(s) will work on following during the internship: 

1. To service the assigned client accounts and ensure customer success along different metrics like app downloads, app engagement etc.

2. Analysis of the Client’s cost metrics to laying down several promotional campaigns like loyalty, discounts etc. 

3. Making time to time projections on the ROI through the app pertaining majorly to the revenue, downloads etc.

4. Proactively work with, and support, Sales and Quality Assurance team with issue resolutions.

5. Continually learn about SnapLion’s Content Management System (CMS) and how mobile apps are built, and provide feedback to QA and Development teams for improvements and enhancements. 

6. Assist SnapLion Management team on projects that may include conducting market research, event planning and management, sales prospecting and calling, and other client and operational projects.
