Project Description:
1) Renewal of agency Network: Will work for renewal of agency network. Pursuading agents to renew their agency for their continued association with the company
2) Understanding agent network of Insurance segment. Understanding their grievances, issues & communicating the same to branch managers.
3) Communicating benefit of agency with Insurance Company to existing agent. Motivating existing agent to garner additional business over coming years.
4) Intensive training on product will be rendered to each candidate by product experts
