Here are 10 podcasts to get you ahead of the curve in your career and life.

1. Startup
Have you ever wondered what it is like to take a leap of faith and start your own business? What it is like for your family? How do you come up with a name? How do you convince people to invest in you? All this and more are covered by Alex Bloomberg in Startup. The taped conversations with friends, family, potential investors and more on his startup journey gives you an intimate insider view of the process. 11. Serial
Serial topped the iTunes podcast chart shortly after its debut and even spawned a spoiler special podcast from Slate.com. It is a story told week by week, created by the producers of This American Life, another top podcast and radio show. Season 1 covers the story of Adnan Syed, who was convicted of murdering his ex-girlfriend, Hae Min Lee, in high school. He has insisted on his innocence for 15 years. Did he do it or not?
