Understanding your scores:
If you’ve had mostly As and Bs, then your heart is in the right place, but you’re thinking on too small a scale. A volunteer needs to think of the big picture to turn causes into successes. However, if you’re clocking up on Cs, then you’re ready to go. Go ahead and apply to one of the many NGO internships in India.
