Details of this internship

The selected interns will be a part of Ernst & Young’s staffing team. He/she will be involved in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting of Resumes. At Ernst & Young, they will get an entire exposure to the staffing process in terms of stakeholder management, market mapping, and compliances.

What will be the roles and responsibilities of the selected interns?

The HR interns will carry out following tasks on a daily basis:

  • Sourcing profile, cold calling, logistics, and coordination of interviews.
  • Printing letters and supporting the recruiters in day-to-day activities.
  • Arranging recruitment drives and actively participating in it.
