HomesCart-1024x4592. Homescart:
Ventured by IIT Delhi Alumni Gaurav Goyal, Homescart, the portal works purely on brokerage model, but unlike any other competitor they have introduced a feature of CASH BACK. As per the model if a customer uses a voucher generated by Homescart while buying a home, he is entitled to cash back up to 2% of the value he paid.

The other major feature of Homescart is that, they are marketing only Builder owned projects unlike other Online Portals in the industry, which focus into multiple segments like rental, PG, Re-sale. By doing this, the portal has succeeded in avoiding the chaos witnessed by large section of buyers. Since its launch in March 2015 Homescart have built up vast database of Pre-launch and Under Construction projects along with the projects that are ready for Possession. Focusing specifically on Builder owned projects has helped the start-up to collect and provide authentic and legitimate information about each and every project and the related paperwork.

smartowner-640x3593. SmartOwner:
SmartOwner addresses the needs of a property investor by identifying the parts of the country that are growing the fastest and bringing deeply discounted properties in those locations to its clients.

SmartOwner’s business model is an interesting one. Imagine going to a top developer and negotiating on a property. If you are good, you can probably get a 3% to 5% discount on the market price. Now, imagine going to the same developer with 10 of your friends who all want to buy. The developer will give you a bigger discount – perhaps around 6% to 8%. SmartOwner takes the power of groups to a whole new level – it brings together hundreds or thousands of property investors and negotiates steep discounts that can be as much as 30% below the market price. In this way, the power of crowds is harnessed to get properties at prices that are unavailable in the market.

TeerCounter-Teer-Results-and-Lottery4. TeerCounter:
Known to a very few, Teer is a game of dreams and gambling played in the state of Meghalaya wherethe sport of archery is intrinsic. For the next three minutes they shoot at the target, after which the total numbers of arrows that have hit the target are counted. Out of the total, the last two digits are taken as the winning number. The 4 and 5 p.m. sessions are considered the first and second round of this game respectively.

To take this ancient game mainstream and to provide information regarding Teer, AnkurPriyadarshan, an MBA from NITIE and BE from NU started TeerCounter back in 2014.

TeerCounter is a portal which publishes the “Teer” results  and lottery results for lotteries operated by the govts.
