Internship Details

About Internship:

· Marketing: Define and manage annual marketing budgets and calendar involving product launches, on-ground activation, brand associations, ATL & BTL campaign management, media buying and consumer engagement initiatives aimed at driving traffic to stores for strong same-store sales growth and ensure cost effective customer acquisition.

Digital Branding: Liaison with digital team to manage digital touch-points and drive campaigns results. Including website, e-commerce and social media to effectively increase brand reach and conversations around the brand socially. Focus on sales, reach and engagement matrix on social media.

PR Management: Manage all PR and Event Management efforts of the company and ensure dissemination to all relevant news to media agencies and subsequent tracking of coverage for effective ROI. Ensure stakeholder placement opportunities in media and offline channels.

Consumer Understanding: Be able to identify and spot megatrends in consumer shopping behaviour. Should be familiar with consumer promotion methodologies.

Campaign management: Manage strategy and creative implementation of Marketing campaigns. Distribute across all touch points and disseminate action and information. This includes media, ATL, BTL, store level.

Celebrity placements and associations: Liaise with the celebrity management. Place products and drive celebrity endorsements. Managing events: These include fashion weeks, in store events, other marketing related events.
