Internship Details

About Internship:

You will be responsible for driving customers deep penetration growth strategy, working alongside the Founders by identifying non-standard growth opportunities and developing strategic partnerships with a variety of organisations and communities. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ sales and/or marketing experience in FMCG (preferable in food space) and strong communication / project management skills. Looking for out of the box thinker and go-getter. The sales targets will be discussed mutually with the promoters and an appropriate incentive mechanism will be devised.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Founders and the customer team to design, develop and execute our deep penetration strategy for the city of Bangalore and other geographies
• Identifying & driving new opportunities for strategic growth and partnerships across sectors
• Establishing a strong presence for customer in unconventional food areas like IT Parks, Schools, Cafes, Hotels, Service Apartments and other new avenues
• Design, create, and execute customer experiences around Bangalore
• Conduct focused customer surveys to establish brand saliency and awareness
• Work closely with our Social Media and e-commerce Team to expand brand reach, awareness and grow sales
• Analysing and Reporting of business and sales metrics
