About Internship:

Job Profile

We are looking for an Account Manager Intern to create long-term, trusting relationships with our key merchants. The role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Identify key stakeholders from assigned merchants accounts and establish strong rapport
Drive product integration and business discussion and close accounts to maximize impact
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of weekly initiatives to internal stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics and share reports on account status
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
