About Internship:

We’re looking for talented and energetic individuals for our fully-paid Customer Engagement internship. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain work experience in a fast growing startup. You will take responsibility for Zephop's customer acquisition and onboarding process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

- Boost our growth by engaging and onboarding new customers.
- Build a rapport with our existing customers and provide them exceptional support.
- Define segmentation of customers and varying strategies to perform entire B2C journey.
- Increase overall customer engagement, retention and advocacy rates.
- Map the customer journey and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
