About Company

About BIAP:  BIAP is a youth organization connecting & engaging Students, Industry Professionals, and academicians on a common platform to bridge the gap between Industry and Academics. The board is a brain child of ‘Krisha Educare’ who provides learning solutions to corporates, Academic Institutions and society at large. The rationale behind starting BIAP was the discomforting statistics that more than 60% of graduates are not employable (NASSCOM).

BIAP aims to bridge the gap by bringing in interventions at different points in time of a student’s life cycle by initiatives like:

1. Shadow the Leader Program

2. Volunteering Program

3. Global Immersion Program

4. Pool Campus Recruitment Drive

5. Experiential Learning Program

The above mentioned programs have been designed to cater to the present needs of the students who wish to excel professionally and aim to create a change in sync with the aspirations of the society. The curriculum for the programs has been conceptualized by educationists and industry gurus from our pool of mentors, advisors, partners and patrons.

With 15+ corporate partners , 20+NGO partners, 10+ Industry Gurus and 20+ faculty mentors, BIAP is amongst the few organisations which realise the necessity of collective good. By developing the student skill set and enhancing their potential, we aim to create a positive learning experience which enables the students to face the challenging dynamic of the industry and the society.
