Internship Details

About Internship:

We are looking for an intern who could connect with our customers over the calls, chats and emails and ensure their queries are answered.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Timely respond to the customer’s queries (calls, chats and emails) and resolve daily tickets.
• Ensure customer’s concerns are heard and divert the complaints/actions to the respective teams.
• Track performance indicators/KPIs.
• Analysing the loopholes of the system and ensure the constant improvements in the processes.

About Company

We launched Grexter with an aim to change the way people find houses on rent. It is a very simple technology-platform that enables rental housing with 'unlimited' flexibility. We run on a inventory model wherein the house can be directly booked with us with no involvement from the house owner. We want to standardize, simplify & enhance the house hunting experience. The founders hail from IIT Madras with diverse backgrounds (ex-Deutsche Bank, exentrepreneurs, ex-VCs). We have scaled up to around 750 houses in Bangalore and are already bigger than some of the funded startups in our space.
