• Largest and widest range in premium notebook category
• Catering 28 + cities
• Present across marketplaces in India (Flipkart, Amazon, and Snapdeal)
• Catering marketplace internationally

• Creating 750 + unique customer on per day basis
• B2B client includes name like ICICI bank, BOOK My SHOW, Audi, HDFC, BPCL, HBO, SONY etc.
• Category in development phase – apart from notebook and diary, writing instruments, drinkware, desktop accessories etc..
• Active participation in recognized Trade fair like paper world, London book fair etc.

Position – Business Development Executive
Reports to: Business Development Manager
Job location: Kurla (W), Mumbai

Qualification:
• Graduate
• MBA in Marketing is a plus
• 0-3 years of experience in Sales (Freshers are welcome)
• Experience in stationery background highly preferred

Prerequisites:
• Passionate towards B2B sales
• Excellent and effective communication skills and good command over language
• Drive business sales through effective high-quality ideas
• Deliver excellence in customer service
• Will be responsible for key accounts
• Create, Nurture and develop client relationships
• Share estimates and costs basis clients brief
• Drive monthly revenue targets
• Monitor market trends and design / develop products to suit the clients’ requirements
• Team Player
• Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and update on a timely basis
• Will also be responsible for cross-selling and up-selling
• Should be always updated with the market trends and economic variations affecting business
• Should be able to understand and grasp seasonal variations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Ability to quickly acquire detailed knowledge of the products
• Ability to find out the decision makers in organizations and deliver the right solution
• Able to build long term relationships with clients and understand their needs
• Strong commitment to customer experience and embrace a solution selling approach
• High degree of results orientation across revenue/customer and operational efficiency measures and targets
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Self-motivation and drive - confidence to work on own initiative and with limited supervision;
• Strong commercial acumen and influencing skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage conflicting internal and external tasks;
• Able to negotiate and influence effectively at all levels;
• Good communication skills, both oral and written English, including the ability to write for different target audiences.
