Functions overview
Our sales executives work across a broad range of products, covering legal industries and geographical markets, engaging with senior level decision makers from the world’s largest and most innovative Law institutions. Our training philosophy focuses on an intuitive understanding of a core sales process, reinforced by continual training, development and day to day on the floor examples, which will prepare you for selling any of our products. Our sales executives focus on understanding our clients’ needs and matching these against our extensive range of training, education and business development solutions.

Working as part of a team on sales cycles ranging from 5 weeks to 12months, you will play a critical role in ensuring the commercial success of client acquisition and delegate acquisition. Confidence in applying our sales process with senior level decision makers over the phone is crucial together with an exemplary worth ethic and positive mental attitude.

2. Pitching products and/or services
3. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers

When it comes to generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:
•?Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
•?Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
•?Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meeting
