Internship Details

About Internship:

We are seeking a business development intern who will help GrowthJar expand its services in India as well as new geographies such as Australia, New Zealand, Canada and US.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Interns would be required to do the following (this will be explained in greater detail to shortlisted candidates):
- Research analysis and lead generation related to startups in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and US.
- Contact such startups over emails/skype and arrange meetings between the target client and growthJAR team
- Prepare proposals and present demonstrations
- Aggressively follow up to avoid losing the deal to competition
- Assist in writing blog posts and articles

2. PPO (only to select candidates who perform outstandingly) - On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 6 Lac/annum
3. 5 days a week
4) Rs 10,000 bonus for closing each deal resulting in a formal contract between the company and target client - The intern can earn a very sizeable stipend if they perform well and acquire many new clients.
