About Internship:

We are a pizza QSR start-up located in Chennai. We are looking for a sous-chef for our kitchen whose role would be to assist the chef in all kitchen perspective.
1. Hotel Management Fresher/0-2years of experience
2. Excellent communication and culinary skills
3. Team Player
4. A good stipend and learning assured. Open to hire as an employee on satisfactory performance levels.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Head Chef
2. Maintain inventory and quality
3. Identify the grey spots in food preparation
4. Manage line chefs
