Internship Details

About Internship:

We are looking for interns that have a unique MIX of interests that include: brand building, event management, digital marketing and people-management! (If they have a DESIGN or CONTENT Writing edge, thats a BIG Plus)They need to have a passion to learn new-age marketing (ie. Community Marketing)!
We want interns that have the fire to be part of a start-up environment and help us GROW the community of women we have on WOOP. We are looking to HIRE! So if the intern's work is well received in the company, we would love to make a Pre-Placement offer.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Creating a Social Media Plan to promote WOOP as a brand amongst women in India.
2. Conceptualising Innovative ways to build/grow the size of the community on WOOP. (ie. Reaching out program in Colleges, Reach out program for Bloggers, etc...)
3. Engaging with Current community and optimizing processes
4. Working with Brands and creating campaigns on the WOOP backend interface.
5. Project management for LIVE campaigns - Tracking, Moderating, reporting, client servicing.
6. THinking of the NEXT BIG THING to grow WOOP.

In a nutshell, WOOP is a Unique Value Exchange Platform where everyone wins - Women get the opportunity to win rewards in exchange for their time and opinions; Brands get authentic word of mouth from Real consumer advocates at scale; And the society gets more funds to help young girls study better. 

WOOP helps make marketing to women, a force for good. 

In less than 9 months of being live, WOOP already has over 15+ clients on board including Philips, Kimberly Clark, Cipla, Glenmark Pharma, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Eureka Forbes, Kaya & many others. 

As we complete 1 year in India on July 2019, we will have close to 200,000 women on WOOP, and would have helped create over 150,000 school days for young girls!  

WOOP is also present in Philippines, Russia, Malaysia and Singapore.
