Internship Details

About Internship:

This is a one year internship program and required MBA/MPM/MSW or relevant education fresh candidate.
We will allocate them in different process as per company need and candidate interest.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Staff Joining formalities(Offer/Appointment letter,Induction,Bank A/C opening, I-Cards)
Pre -Health check up / Eye check up
Preparation of Probation / Confirmation Letter and data
Preparation of Experience / Reliving / Clearance Letter
Administration of suggestion box
Preparation of Notice & Circulars
Recruitment Processes for White Collar and technician employes ( Primary Interview)
To carry out PMS ,employee engagement activity
Update time to time HR Dashboard at Plant Level
MRM Presentation
Assist other HR Personal.
Housekeeping & Safety Audit
Birthday Mail
Time to time policy communication
To condcut induction training to all new joining staff
To maintain the staff & blue collar training material on timely basis
To fill up all the documents as per the instruction of department head-Staff employees
To collect training effectiveness of the training from respective in charge.
To prepare monthly training schedule as per the yearly training plan.
To provide dexterity training to technician & contract associate on Process welding.
To provide training to technician & contract associate on different topics as per yearly training plan. (Abnormal Situation,NC Handling, Document Control, SOP/WI ,Visual Defects etc)
To maintain the operator training material on timely basis
To fill up all the documents as per the instruction of department head.
To ensure the dexterity and training room area should be neat and clean
To ensure and followed the all the training guidelines as per the training manual.
To prepare monthly training schedule as per the yearly training plan.
To perform all the operator training's as per the monthly plan from himself and other trainer.
To ensure all trained operator should perform their work as per given training .if not then escalate to seniors.
To asset the training head for performing the day to day training activity and documentation.
