Internship Details

About Internship:

We are looking for a dynamic Interns for HR position who want to learn with practical approach. You should be open to work in a team and gaining knowledge. The candidate should be strong in management skills, good communication skills and excellent relationship management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing
Prepare payroll by providing relevant data like absences, bonus and leaves
Appointment Letters, Offer Letters & Salary Structures
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
Orientations for new employees by on-boarding and explain policies
Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance
Confirmation ,Recruitment (Direct, Consultants, Campus, etc.)
Employee Grievances
Verifying Bills (like Vendors)
HR Align Package (Overall Management)
Consultants Agreements & Bills Processing
Active involvement in Policy making & adherence
Increment, Promotion & Salary Revisions in System
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality
Effective oral and written communication
policy development and documentation
