Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment
1. Resourcing, screening and short listing resume through various job portals or else internal reference, head hunting.
2. Shortlisting the resumes based on desired skills and experience.
3. Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with departmental heads.
4. Preparing offer letter, employment contract, and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation.

Induction, Training & Development:
1. Scheduling and arranging Induction.
2. Encouraging participation of employees in various organizational events.

HR Administration:
1.Compilation & processing of attendance data.
2.Maintaining employee’s personal files and records, communicating HR policies across the organization at all levels.
3.Updating Database as and when required.
4.Designed Policies and Various HR Forms and Induction Program.
