Internship Details

About Internship:

HRBot - A Premium HR-Tech Company is launching an On-Job Training Programme for serious people who not only want to work but enhance there skills.

DURATION - Minimum 6 Months

During the programme you will be trained as recruiter.

Skills You Will Learn!

Communication Skills - Communication isn't just English it's more about way and mode of communication
Sales Skills - As recruitment involves a huge part of sales pitch and negotiations skill
People Skills - You will be connected to multiple persons from varying background, regions and ethnicity
Corporate Relations - During the programme you will be helping multiple big names in the industry to hire most relevant talent

To the Selected Candidates HRBot Will Provide!

OFFER LETTER/CONTRACT to join the Programme
Required knowledge base to get up to work
Regular Online and Offline review and training sessions [at least 4 sessions per month]
Necessary training materials like scripts, FAQ, Pitch etc.
Required software tools and skills
Certificate, Job Assistance and Recommendations for performers who completes 1 year in the programme
