Internship Details

About Internship:

We are looking for a driven, organized, multi-tasker who is interested in applying his / her passion in a fast - paced, corporate environment as our Intern – dedicated to exciting project work in the HR Team. The focus will be on helping the Team with daily tasks, shadowing in interviews, candidate sourcing via social media and specific project work.

The Intern will gain valuable work experience in Talent Acquisition through the Internship Program.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Team in all phases of Talent Acquisition process, including posting advertisements, screening resumes, conducting applicant telephone screenings, scheduling interviews and pre - employment screening
Assist in collecting feedback from hiring managers after interviews and follow up with active candidates
Keep the recruitment tracker up to date with feedback from stakeholders
Research alternative ways to recruit talent
Other duties as assigned

Graduate Degree

Job Specifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Have problem solving and strong interpersonal communication skills
Have an ability to convey compelling messages, both in person and in writing
Love planning & organizing and have excellent attention to detail
Able to show initiative, multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
