About Internship:

Job Description:
a) Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
b) Sourcing of candidates.
c) Coordinate related activities in the entire recruitment process
d) Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers

Roles and Responsibilities:

Joining and on boarding of candidates.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Maintain the talent acquisition database
All other responsibilities of an H.R Executive
Work with Talent Acquisition leadership to establish strategies to secure offsite networking relationships that will benefit the recruitment needs of the Company
Develop and deploy appropriate strategies and tools to capture staffing and quality metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting initiatives and solutions and make data-driven recommendations and decisions
Attend recruitment functions such as job fairs and career days
Maintain a high level of confidentiality concerning all company matters including, but not limited to, personnel actions, terminations, and organizational plans
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
