Internship Details

About Internship:

This would be a on job HR internship Opportunity where the internee would be handling end-to-end recruitments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

? RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION

• Recruitment of Junior to Senior level positions through different tools.

• Working on different portals.

• To Screen resumes, verification for suitability through telephone.

• Reference checking, CTC structure with salary proof and Current working verification.



? PRE JOINING AND JOINING FORMALITIES

• Confirmation seeking on resignation status & likely D.O.J. (written Confirmation)

• Periodic touch base & frequent contact maintenance with candidate.

• To coordinate Joining formalities–Place/Work station/System/other facilities informed to concerned deptt
