Internship Details

About Internship:

? You should be young, dynamic and enthusiastic. Graduate Freshers or undergraduates with minimum 18 months of work experience in any target driven role can apply.
? Freshers / Candidates who have appeared for their graduation in 2018 and are awaiting results can also apply.
? Good written and spoken English communication.
? Confidence in your abilities to move mountains, a go getter attitude with a “Never – Say – Die” spirit to achieve targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

What you will do: Your role would involve all aspects of the recruitment cycle -
? Searching suitable profiles using job portals, social Media and internal data base
? Sourcing profiles & Head hunting/ Generating references ? Contacting the candidates and generating their interest for the position being offered.
? First level Interview and Screening of candidates
? Coordinating between clients and candidates for interview scheduling & documentation of selected candidates, etc
? Building rapport with the clients to generate additional requirements by reaching “top of the mind” recall.
