Internship Details

About Internship:

We are seeking an aspiring HR professional who is dynamic, proactive and willing to learn all the aspects of HR gamut.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning
Create tailor-made job descriptions for each of the openings
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position
Ensure to fill the open position within the specified TAT
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Maintain and develop a database of qualified candidates
Research and recommend cost-effective sources for active and passive recruitment
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates
Manage online and offline sourcing channels efficiently
Effectively implement Employee Referral Program to optimise the recruitment process with efficient candidates
Conduct background verification of the selected candidates
Manage End to End recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical candidates both
Managing 10-15 hiring a month (to start with). The numbers will grow.

Manage Onboarding of the new candidate
Conduct exit interview and formalities for existing employee
Conduct employee engagement activities
Conduct employee satisfaction survey
Assist in payroll processing by managing attendance
Employee grievance redressal
HR spoc for 2-3 cities


If your performance is excellent during the three months of the internship, you may be rewarded with a permanent job as HR Executive and the internship will be converted to a full-time job (of course with salary hike)
