Internship Details

About Internship:

We are looking for an intern who can help us in
1) Building strategies to scale up the recruitment process.
2) Onboarding new clients/ organizations
3) Help in creating a social image on different social media platforms.

In a nutshell, the candidate should be willing to participate in each and every activity required to build an organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Designing and implement overall recruiting strategy
2. Screening resumes
3. Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
4. Performing phone interviews with candidates
5. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
6. Following up on the interview process status
7. Scheduling interviews as per the convenience of the client
8. Following up with the candidates till onboarding.
