About Internship:

Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements by calling B2 C customers.
Assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
Technical knowledge of our offerings.
Understanding of communication Technology, such as social media, email etc.
Understanding of pre sales planning, pitching and followups till conversions.
Sourcing potential leads from various sites, portals , digital resources and maintains the list of prospects in CRM.
Understanding tools like CRM to gather, analyze and update the data.
Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting.
Calling / messaging / mailing for follow ups and reminders.Self motivated and innovative to create sufficient sales opportunity.
Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
Task ownership for own performance activity seeking opportunity to improve and develop.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
