Internship Details

About Internship:

We are looking for chat support executive to provide support to our users of our bulk mailing platform.
As the product is an email sending platform. Thus, the joining person should be able to understand technical terms like IP address, domain name, etc. Therefore, he/she should be from computer science or engineering background
If he has good typing speed then it will be an advantage, as he will be providing support over chat.

Note: There will be no Skype or interview over phone. The interview will be on chat. As we want you to be comfortable to be communicating over chat instead of running for phone to talk over.

Location: He can work from anywhere remotely from anywhere with a laptop and internet.
Timings: The support timings are 10 am to 7 pm from Mon-Sat.
There will be a probation period of 3 months, in which the stipend will be paid. After probation period he/she will be raised to salary, which will be according to the performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to the client over the live chat
2. Resolving client's query over email
3. Resolving clients queries coming via social media and replying on the same
4. Checking, updating and resolving the support tickets.
5. Creating tickets and co-ordinating between client(users) and with backend team for ticket fixing
6. Job timing 10 am to 7 pm from Mon-Sat
7. Any other related tasks.
