Internship Details

About Internship:

We are looking for legal interns to assist us with the following:
• Drafting legal pleadings in our public interest litigation matters.
• Drafting case notes and analysis on landmark judgments of the Supreme Court and High Courts, offering a classic liberal perspective on the same.
• Drafting model bills/rules, and writing commentaries on significant contemporary legislation, bills and rules.
Internship period: At least four weeks, beginning as soon as possible.

Location: This is a remote internship. Interns can work from their institution/workplace/home, or any place they want. (Our office is in Delhi, so being located in Delhi in order to visit the office periodically will be an advantage)
Stipend: This is an unpaid internship.

This is a great opportunity to build a body of writing, delve into classic liberalism, get hands-on experience with drafting pleadings and legislation, and engage with one of India’s top think-tanks. We are looking for committed, passionate, self-motivated, and resourceful interns who are ready to go the extra mile and will display leadership through ownership.
