Internship Details

About Internship:

• Brand Development:
• Partner with senior management to create a brand that aligns with the organization's mission statement.
• Create Brand awareness using various marketing strategy and promotional activities around various channels. (Online, Social Media, Market, Customers and Agriculture Institutions)
• Technical Marketing:
• Organize demo of new projects at promotional events. • Organize Promotional Programs Launch of our brand in new markets:
• Organize various structured interactive sessions with customers/ dealers/ partners to create awareness about our brand and the line of services.
• Design these programs and the marketing mix in partnership with senior management.
• Public Relation and Coordination:
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers, developers, etc.
• Customer feedback/ experience on the current and new services:
• Receive customer feedback and work with the sales team to ensure that product specifications match client’s desires
• Collate feedback and present the same to the operations and technical team with recommendations.
• Market Analysis and research:
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends.
• Collate all kinds of related marketing material to be displayed at Service Centers.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of product features, benefits.
• Research and respond to technical inquiries by consulting with internal and industry specialists in order to resolve any potential issues or question.
• Financial management of the marketing program including budget planning, resource allocation and preparation of quarterly reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand the product and communicate its benefits to the customer effectively by meeting them at commercial places, shops, residences etc.
• Show a presentation on product features and its benefits
• Convince client to buy the product using persuasive technique
• Circle back and check on the customers who are in the position to buy the product
• Document daily sales and aim at exceeding it regularly
• Plan and schedule the marketing routes
• Record sales (create a database) of the clients for future products.
