About Internship:

We are on a lookout for interns who thrive on excitement and are hungry to learn! A must-have is excellent communication skills (written & verbal). The role requires you to gain an understanding of customer queries, analyze the huge chunk of data with the Ops team and understand how the funnel is shaped, and then execute changes to modify and improve the funnel in real-time. We need energetic, bold and dedicated interns who are looking for a start-up experience they will cherish!

Work with internal team members and external partners to resolve customer concerns. o Build MIS to highlight the customer issues to enhance customer portfolio

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Helping the category manager with the buying and merchandising of products in their respective department
2. Maintaining database
3. Handling courier-side communication and effectively presenting the product and its benefits
4. Understanding the driver behavior and troubleshooting any issues they face.
