About Internship:

We are on a lookout for interns who thrive on excitement and are hungry to learn! A must-have is excellent communication skills (written & verbal). The role requires you to gain an understanding of customer queries, analyse the huge chunk of data with the Ops team and understand how the funnel is shaped, and then execute changes to modify and improve the funnel in real-time. We need energetic, bold and dedicated interns who are looking for a start-up experience they will cherish!

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work in tandem with the Operations team to set up and manage various hubs at Mumbai and Delhi location.
o Hep us in selecting agencies to hire the Field Executives, rolling out training to the field executives, managing their day to day activities and tracking their KPIs.
o Own the customer experience, end to end.
o Work with internal team members and external partners to resolve customer concerns. o Build MIS to highlight the customer issues to enhance customer portfolio
